Cancellation Policy
We would like to kindly remind you that we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice for public group bookings of 1–4 guests. For public group bookings of 5 or more guests, a minimum of 5 days’ notice is required for cancellations. Please inform us of any dietary requirements at least 24 hours prior to your tasting experience. If you have any access requirements or require specific assistance on the day, do let us know in advance so we can best accommodate you. As the vineyard is located on a cliff, please note that the access road is not in the best condition, and we recommend taking extra care when arriving.
